Beach Hut management...

We offer full management of your beach hut, which is both ideal for local owners and for owners who do not live locally and would like to hand all responsibility over to me, in the knowledge that the hut will be maintained and managed to a high standard. This gives you a fully hands-off business and a residual income, simply hand over the keys and we do the rest.

  • Promotion on The Happy Huts website, your hut will have its own dedicated page with live availability, bookings and secure payment system
  • Promotion on social media channels
  • Marketing and advertising to maximise bookings through social media and holiday let companies
  • Management of all guest enquiries, before during and after their visit
  • Daily check-ups (when in use, but even during quieter times your hut will be checked regularly) to carry out stock replenishment, cleaning and ensure the huts are kept in excellent condition

You are able to use your hut as much or as little as you like, you simply need to let us know and we will block it out so guests aren’t able to book it. We allow bookings up to 6 months in advance. We require dates you would like to use the hut 6 month in advance, dates are released online on the 1st of every month on a rolling basis.

" I met Jodie last June. She had just had a new beach hut put up next door to ours which we have owned for some years. She had decorated it and equipped it beautifully which gave us some great ideas for our hut. ​

Jodie has taken on the management of our hut as we are not local and has essentially acted as an agent, renting it out for us over the summer and into the autumn months too. ​

I cannot fault her efficiency and enthusiasm. She is a great communicator. The hut has been rented virtually everyday thanks to effective marketing and social media posts. It has been not only very lucrative but also we are so pleased that it has been used and so many people have been able to enjoy it. We have had some fantastic feedback via Jodie too which is always welcome and love seeing photos of fun times at the beach. ​

Regular visits have meant that tea and coffee supplies are topped up regularly and any glitches very quickly sorted out. For example, organising a new lock for the door this week. Inevitably the odd maintenance issues arise but are swiftly dealt with without us getting involved. ​

We use the hut whenever we want and just ask Jodie to block out the dates for us. I cannot rate the service she given more highly."
